Our Club sells food at the annual Super Day in Lions Park as a fund-raiser. Once again, Tom Muhlbach is heading up the operation and needs help on June 22rd (Wednesday work session at 4-6 pm), June24th (prep vehicles and supplies for transit) and the 25th (Super Day).
Wednesday night activities start at 4:00 pm and consist of getting everything ready to roll on Saturday. Friday is the day to prep vehicles and equipment so it is ready to roll the next morning; scheduled time is 4:30 to 6 pm. Saturday starts with a 7:00 am convoy to Lions Park. Set-up begins around 8:00 am and serving runs from about 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Teardown and return to the Treber Kiwanis Building shortly thereafter. Tom needs cooks, cashiers and servers throughout the day.
