Please join us on May 13th for the famous-or is it infamous-Trash to Treasure!
We'll clean-up around Sloan's Lake and a two mile stretch of Hynds Boulevard.
"Pat" along with the lovely mermaid Kia will head up the crew at Sloan's Lake; and, "Vanna" with a possible appearance of the great mini booze bottle launcher will head up the Hynds Boulevard effort.
Both will start at 9:00am and will feature coffee, donuts and water for the delight of all!
For Sloan's Lake, we'll meet in front of the beautiful Kiwanis Community House--please remember, Kia the Mermaid will be there to entertain children of all ages--yes, John Rogers this includes you! So, kiddos are more than welcome (and they might just win a toy)!
For Hynds Boulevard, we'll meet at the ugly dirt cutout on Hynds Boulevard just North of the Vandehi round-about.
As a reminder, participants in both locations are doing more than just beautifying these areas. They are seeking treasure amidst the trash--oh it's out there--it takes a sharp eye to find it, but it can be found!
