The 58th annual Kiwanis FFA Livestock Sale held Friday evening, August 12th, at the Wyoming Hereford Ranch Events Center set a new record for total dollars at the sale. The sale brought in $179,200 for the sellers of 38 lots. The previous high sale total was $175,850, just last year.
 
The Grand Champion Hog led off the sale and the final bid set a record for hogs at $6,200, $100 more than the previous record set in 2015.
 
The Grand Champion Steer brought the highest bid at $16,000, just $500 short of the record set in the 2020 sale.
 
The final lot offered in the sale was a Champion Market Goose.
