Financial support was provided in 2015 to install a periscope donated by the US Navy in the brand-new construction for the Cheyenne Botanical Gardens. Once the facility is finished, later in 2016, the periscope will allow visitors a bird’s-eye 360 degree view of the city from Lions Park.
