At today's Club meeting, Lorrell noted that the committee needs a lot of hands to help out with the show on Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday, the rehearsal starts at 9:00AM -- Club members who want to help should be at Central High School's auditorium by 8:30 AM.
On Sunday, the show is scheduled to start at 2 PM. Helpers should be in place by 12:45 PM. Specific tasks that require some help include selling tickets at the door, security, and runners.
Please contact Lorrell Walter, Brooke Ramirez or Dave Bumann before then so they can rest easier about having adequate help available.
