Weekly planning meetings are scheduled for Tuesday afternoons at 4:30 pm at the Treber Building (warehouse). The Feb 21 meeting will be held at Old Chicago!
Tickets are $90 per person and $175 per couple if you register by February 27. After that date, tickets will be $110 per person and $220 per couple. Also please note there is an additional $5 charge for credit card processing. If you are interested in purchasing a table with 10 seats, please contact Dan Emmons at 307-221-6700. Cost of the ticket also includes $500 in Casino credit. Attire is Cheyenne Formal.

5 pm - Social hour (cash bar)
6 pm - Dinner (Top Sirloin or a Vegetarian option is also available)
7:30 pm - Casino and Dancing
